I'm Sung Woo. Ten-plus years building software, the last few focused on AI for everyday businesses. No agency, no junior hand-off — the person on your first call is the person writing the code and answering when you text.

How much does it cost?
Consult, proposal, and working demo are free. After that, a flat monthly fee — usually a small fraction of a part-time hire — covers everything. No setup fees, cancel anytime.
Do I need to be tech-savvy?
No. I handle every technical piece. If you can answer your phone and use your calendar, you can use what I build.
What if AI isn't right for my business?
I'll tell you on the call. About a third of the businesses I talk to don't actually need AI — they need a booking link or a part-time assistant. No charge, no follow-up emails.
What happens if I cancel?
Your data is always yours — I'll hand it over in a usable format. The AI itself runs on my servers, so it stops when the plan stops. Nothing of yours disappears.
Is my customer data safe?
Yes. Secure professional infrastructure, not shared with anyone, not used to train someone else's AI. If you're in a regulated field, tell me on the first call and I'll set up the extra protections you need.
What if something breaks?
I fix it. It's already in the monthly plan. I'm watching the system 24/7, and you can text or call me directly when something's urgent.
How long until it's live?
